Residential Training For The Officials of PHED, West Bengal on ‘Drinking Water Quality’ focusing on Microbiological Parameters

Training & Capacity Building Cell, Quality Council of India conducted with its 3-day (20-22 September 2023) Residential Training for the Officials of Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), West Bengal on ‘Drinking Water Quality’ focusing on Microbiological Parameters at South 24 Paraganas.

The training focused on the current issues faced in the Water Quality scenario, and to help refresh existing skills, or imbibe new knowledge on topics such as Water Quality Testing, Water Quality Monitoring and its Challenges, and Microbiological methods of testing of Drinking Water.

The training sessions have been made interactive through the inclusion of several workshops, and the participants gained immense knowledge through this training ensuring clean and safe drinking water free to every household in West Bengal.
