Requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 for Management System Certification Bodies– This training program outlines the requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems. Participants will learn the details of the accreditation process and how to prepare for a management system certification body assessment. After successful completion of the training, participants will be able to conduct internal audits, manage audit programs, and contribute to the improvement of certification bodies’ operations. This training program is designed to systematically prepare certification bodies for the NABCB accreditation process.

Requirements of ISO/IEC 17024:2012 for bodies operating certification of persons- This training provides thorough understanding of the requirements outlined in ISO/IEC 17024:2012, enabling participants to interpret and apply them effectively. Learners will be adept at developing and implementing systems in alignment with ISO/IEC 17024:2012 standards. It also equips learner to plan, manage, and lead internal audits and management reviews, ensuring compliance. this program also covers how to systematically prepare the Personnel Certification Body for NABCB accreditation, adhering to formal guidelines and procedures.

General Principles and Requirements of ISO/IEC 17029:2019 for Validation and Verification Bodies– The course gives a structured and comprehensive interpretation of the requirements of ISO/IEC 17029:2019 for implementation validation and verification bodies, this training program also covers the requirements of ISO 14065:2020 ‘General principles and requirements for bodies validating and verifying environmental information’ this training program enables Participants to develop and implement systems aligned with ISO/IEC 17029:2019 which involves creating processes and procedures that adhere to the standards, ensuring effective validation and verification practices. The training has a comprehensive session of planning, conducting, and follow-up of the Internal Audit and management review. The course will help participants in preparing Validation and Verification Bodies for NABCB (National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies) accreditation.

Conformity assessment — Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services as per ISO/IEC 17065:2012-This training provides participants a structured understanding of ISO/IEC 17065:2012 requirements specific to product certification bodies. This program includes creating processes and procedures that adhere to certification requirements. Participants will learn about conducting product certifications, exploring various certification schemes as per ISO/IEC 17067:2013, and understanding documentation practices. The training covers conducting internal audits and management reviews tailored to product certification bodies. Addressing non-conformity and implementing corrective actions (CAPA) will be emphasized. The requirements of accreditation by NABCB shall also be covered in this training program.

Capsule Course

An Overview of ISO/IEC 17065:2012 for Product Certification Bodies – An eLearning course of about half an hour that covers various aspects of Understanding the Requirements of ISO/IEC 17065:2012 for Product Certification Bodies and will be delivered through video/2D/3D/ Animation lectures. A “Certificate of Awareness” shall be issued upon the completion of this capsule course.
