‘DrishtiCon’ – Capacity Building for DHR’s SOs & ASOs
TCB conducted a focused 2-day Residential Training Program for Section Officers (SO) and Assistant Section Officers (ASO) of the Department of Health Research (DHR), MoHFW — to strengthen their capacity and enhance their contributions to the organization’s mission. Designed to foster skill enhancement, operational efficiency, and professional development, the program covered key areas including Leadership and Communication, Rajbhasha Compliance, Emerging Technologies and Digital Governance, Workplace Etiquette, Time Management, and Financial and Administrative Skills. Delivered through a blended learning approach — comprising lectures, hands-on workshops, group discussions, role-playing exercises, and video-based modules — the training aimed to improve workplace effectiveness and governance standards. Participants reported improved leadership confidence, better time management, stronger adherence to compliance protocols, and enhanced financial and administrative capabilities. This initiative is a step toward building a more efficient, empowered, and professional administrative workforce within DHR.
