Project Manager
As Project Manager for TCB, QCI, Rohit has had over 14 years of experience in Business Development & Marketing in E-learning, Software Development and the Quality Certification industry. He also worked as a Lead Coordinator for ZED (Initiative of Ministry of MSME). Under TCB, he oversees the responsibility of Business Development, designing & implementing marketing strategy concentrating on communication modalities, planning & executing special promotions and loyalty programs for customers (MSMEs) and building productive relationships with clients, partners and team members; focusing on exceeding revenue goals, driving high-volume new user acquisition and growing businesses. He has a Bachelors and Masters degree in English Literature from Rohilkhand University Bareilly and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Human Resource from Institute of Management Education (IME), Ghaziabad.

Analyst
He is a Mechanical Engineer with over 3 years of work experience. He has majorly worked under the capacity of Food Industry in the domain of Production, Quality and Supply Chain and handled the projects like Development of automated Honey bottle packing line, Plant Productivity Enhancement etc. Moreover, he was awarded the best employee award in the previous organization. He has joined the team in the capacity of Analyst and currently working on projects associated with the domains of Food and Quality.

Coordinator
Prerna Shaha has joined the Training Capacity Building team as a Project Coordinator. She completed her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in English from Sharda University, Greater Noida. She has organized and assisted with different events with the department at the University. She is a content writer as well. She has directed and assisted plays, along with being stage manager and art director at the University. She has a genuine love for art and enjoys it. She also loves doing crafts and designing activities. Apart from these, she also enjoys reading and writing. She has also volunteered at workshops on Spoken English with a renowned Publishing House.
Her role demands that she assist in the operations of various trainings (Virtual and Onsite) being conducted, along with taking on the role of designing and curating the promotional creatives of these trainings. She provides all the backend support required and with her strong attention to detail, organizational skills and dedication she performs all the tasks and her assigned duties smoothly and efficiently as well as providing reliable support to the team and organization.

Coordinator
Ujjawal is a multifaceted individual with a diverse pool of interests varying across disciplines. He caters to relevant knowledge in the field of law and journalism. As a researcher, he has worked on various innovation projects during his college life. He has been involved in conducting nature walks and has done a project on improving the work-life of watchmen in the city of Delhi. He has also worked on a project which focused on improving the lifestyle of elderly people in OAHs. He holds a degree in B.A.(H) in Humanities and Social Sciences from the University of Delhi.
Apoorve holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and began his career at Nalco Water, where he focused on wastewater treatment solutions. His work provided him with hands-on experience in industrial water management and sustainability practices. He looks forward to bringing this valuable perspective to our work and learning from everyone on the team.
Associate Manager
Rituparna holds experience of 5 years in Training and Capacity Building working with various government and private organizations. She has expertise in Community Development, Education, Sustainable Development, Design Thinking, GIS etc.
She was selected as a fellow for the prestigious fellowship Managing Global Governance Academy offered by German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) where she represented QCI and India as one of the 24 fellows from 7 nations. She was also Invited to attend the Annual Academic Advisory Council meeting on Voluntary Sustainability Standards in Leuven, Belgium organized by United Nations Forum on Voluntary Sustainability Standards
She holds bachelor’s degree (B.A) in Geography from Miranda House, Delhi University, MA in Social Work from the Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and MSc in Applied GIS from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Analyst
Swati Sharma is working in the capacity of Management Trainee at TCB. She has also worked under several other projects of QCI like School Development Index, Swachh Bharat Mission, National Highway Excellence where she mentored teams, conducted debriefs and shown the managerial skills prior to joining TCB. Here she is responsible for operations of various training that are conducted. She has earned a Bachelor’s Degree (B.tech) in Computer Science from I.T.S Engineering College, Greater Noida.

Coordinator
She is a Food Technologist with over 4 years of work experience. She has worked with NIFTEM (National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management) and have been associated with FSSAI. Moreover, she has handled several Pan India projects related to food safety of FSSAI like generation of data of heavy metals in chocolate and cocoa product, surveillance of acid wash in Ginger, Food-O-Copiea etc. She has joined the team in the capacity of Coordinator and currently working on projects associated with the domains of Food and Quality.

She has completed her graduation and post-Graduation from C.S.J.M. University, Medical Microbiology. She holds four years of experience in the microbiology testing sector and the organic certification domain. She has also completed her assessment and training in Mycobacterium tuberculosis during her master’s and at the CDRI (Central Drug Research Institute), Lucknow. As a Quality Supervisor, her work is appreciated in IRCTC Catering department, New Delhi. She has joined the team in the capacity of Coordinator and is currently working on projects associated with the domains of Food and Quality Day.

Maheshwari Samantray has completed her graduation in B.A.B.Ed degree from Sharda University. She has been involved in report writing, content curation, and presentations. impressive. She has also demonstrated her writing skills through her report writing and content curation work. Presently, she is working on the projects like National Jal Jeevan Mission (NJJM) and South African Developing Communities (SADC), She has also been a part of a workshop organized by NBQP for the NDMC students on quality lifestyle.

Urvashi has completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). With a strong academic background, she has developed expertise in research, data analysis, and policy evaluation. During her studies, she undertook an SEO internship where she conducted primary keyword research and implemented on-page optimization strategies. Urvashi has authored two dissertations—Disinvestment in India: An Analysis during her undergraduate program and Youth Employment in India: Challenges, Trends, and Policy Interventions during her postgraduation. She has also actively contributed to social initiatives through her volunteering work with the National Service Scheme (NSS), reflecting her dedication to both academic excellence and community service.

Rewant Raj joined TCB as coordinator has earned a bachelor’s degree in management and laws. Throughout this educational journey, he has honed his skills in documentation, reporting, and strategic communication. Additionally, Rewant has acquired valuable experience working on Swachh Bharat projects, contributing to initiatives focused on cleanliness assessment and urban sanitation under the Swachh Bharat Mission. Beyond his professional pursuits, he has profound interest in research and literature.

She handles work related to Training, Capacity Building, working with Governments Ministries, Data Handling, and helping in the coordination of various aspects related to activities in TCB. She is also involved in the operation of projects like the Jal Jeevan mission and many more. Previously, she conducted various Personality Development workshops and Spoken English webinars with her respective audience and worked with various educational institutes. She pursued her B.Tech C.E from Baba Farid Group of Institution, Punjab and her hobbies include Anchoring, Dancing, etc, as she is 3 times gold and 1-time silver medalist at university and intervarsity levels in different activities.

Analyst
Prince Sharma joined TCB as Analyst, has over 5 years of experience in the food and water testing laboratory field with expertise in determining Minerals and Metals in food and water products by ICP-MS and ICP-OES and determination of pesticides in food and water products by GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS. He has a Master of Technology in Food Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology.

Associate Manager
Sarvesh Kumar joined TCB as Associate Manager, has over 8 years of experience in the field of quality assurance with the expertise in implementing QMS systems as per ISO 13485 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards, he is certified internal auditor for ISO 13485. He has proven track record of success in establishing procedures and quality standards and monitoring these against agreed targets. He also holds experience in Toys and Juvenile product testing, Hard goods testing and flammability testing as per various National and International Standard as, ASTM, EN, IS, ISO, AUS/NZ, etc. while working in testing Laboratory he has handled the entire laboratory management system. He has a bachelor’s degree in the field of Mechanical engineering from Dr Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

Associate Manager
Archana Gautam joined TCB as Associate Manager, has more than 15 years of experience in the field of testing and research and quality management system as per ISO/IEC 17025. She has worked with the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), handled the microbiology laboratory independently, undergone various audits for maintaining accreditations and regulatory certifications while working as a Quality manager, and imparted training to the various students, and professionals on microbiological techniques and analysis. She is a qualified Food Analyst under the Food Safety and Standards Rule (FSSR), 2011. She is a NABL Assessor for biological discipline. She has research publications and two patents in the domain of life science and food microbiology.
She has worked on a US-Canada food research project in her previous organization. She has a master’s degree in applied microbiology from CCS University, Meerut.
